Pandora Community in Bern is a holistic community space in western Bern that offers mindful yoga and body-based wellbeing. They provide trauma-sensitive and inclusive movement options, along with bodywork such as massage, plus creative workshops and other community activities.
They also collaborate with SPORTEGRATION by lending their room to host yoga classes. SPORTEGRATION specifically supports refugee integration in Switzerland using sports as a way to build a sustainable meeting ground between refugees and locals, helping people create connections and gain equal access to activities regardless of language, origin, or social status.
