Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, flowing practice rooted in Hatha yoga, the foundation from which many of the physical yoga styles we practise today have evolved. While Hatha typically focuses on holding postures for longer and exploring each shape with more stillness and intention, Vinyasa links postures together in continuous sequences, using the breath to guide the movement. Expect creative flows that build strength, flexibility, balance, and heat, with moments to slow down and reconnect. You’ll leave feeling energised, open, and grounded.
From 28th of September until December 31st, yoga classes are paused. It is still possible to book online nutrition appointments, just at limited times. This is because of my travels in India.
