Every week, I lead a live in-person Hatha yoga class under SPORTEGRATION at the Pandora Community in Bern, where the difficulty level will be dependent on the participants.
SPORTEGRATION specifically supports refugee integration in Switzerland using sports as a way to build a sustainable meeting ground between refugees and locals, helping people create connections and gain equal access to activities regardless of language, origin, or social status.
Each class includes a mix of mobility, flexibility, and strength work, along with simple breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation.
Because it’s a group class, pranayama is limited to beginner-friendly techniques to keep the practice accessible to a wide range of experience levels.
Participation is completely free. If you would like to support the class, donations are always appreciated and help cover the costs of the room and support SPORTEGRATION. Any amount is welcome, but there’s never any obligation to contribute.
The class is different every week and offers a good introduction to my teaching style if you’re considering 1-on-1 yoga sessions.
Join the WhatsApp group on time, because before the class starts there will be a poll where you can sign up.
