DESCRIPTION:This weekly live-streamed yoga class is free to join and design
 ed primarily for beginners\, although everyone is welcome.\n\nEach class i
 ncludes a mix of mobility\, flexibility\, and strength work\, along with s
 imple breathing techniques\, meditation\, and relaxation. As classes usual
 ly take place in the evening (CET)\, practices often include elements that
  support better sleep and recovery.\n\nBecause I cannot see participants d
 uring the livestream\, I cannot provide individual feedback or adjustments
 . For this reason\, pranayama is limited to beginner-friendly techniques a
 nd the practice remains accessible to a wide range of experience levels.\n
 \nParticipation is completely free. If you would like to support the class
 \, donations are always appreciated and help cover the costs of running th
 e business. Any amount is welcome\, but there is never any obligation to c
 ontribute.\n\nThe class is different every week and offers a good introduc
 tion to my teaching style if you are considering 1-on-1 yoga sessions.\n\n
